About Antim

Antim is India's first post-death administrative documentation and coordination service. We assist families with all the paperwork after a loved one passes — coordinating with banks regarding account formalities, insurance claim documentation and coordination, EPF documentation and filing assistance, mutual fund transmission documentation, property paperwork, and more — so your family can grieve instead of chase paperwork.

Antim is not a financial services provider. We are a documentation and coordination service. We prepare paperwork, liaise with institutions, and follow up on your behalf — all under a notarised Power of Attorney that you sign. We never handle your money directly.
Primarily NRI families managing a parent's death in India from the US, UK, UAE, Canada, or Australia. Also urban Indian families in Mumbai, Delhi, or Bengaluru who are grieving and working and simply don't have months to spend running between offices.
No. We are also not a financial services provider. Antim is an administrative documentation and coordination service. We prepare documents, contact institutions, and follow up on your behalf — all under a notarised Power of Attorney you sign. We do not manage funds, execute transactions, or provide financial or legal advice. For matters that require a lawyer — such as succession certificates or contested property — we work with qualified legal partners and connect you only when genuinely needed.

How It Works

No. NRI clients sign a notarised Power of Attorney at their nearest Indian consulate or through a notary in their country. This authorises us to act on your behalf in India. You never need to fly back for paperwork.
Book a free 30-minute call. We understand your situation, identify every asset that needs to be handled, and give you a clear plan. If you proceed, we prepare every document, contact every institution, and follow up until each case is closed. You receive WhatsApp updates at every step.
It depends on the assets involved. Bank account documentation typically takes 2 to 6 weeks. Insurance claim documentation 4 to 8 weeks. EPF filing assistance 4 to 8 weeks. Property mutation 2 to 4 months. We coordinate everything simultaneously to minimise total time.
At minimum: 15 to 20 certified copies of the death certificate, identity proof of legal heirs, and a list of known accounts and assets. We will tell you exactly what each institution requires on the call.

Legal and Process

Yes. We operate through a notarised Power of Attorney, the standard legal mechanism for authorising a third party to act on your behalf in India. This is the same mechanism used for NRI property transactions across India.
Accounts without nominees require a Legal Heir Certificate or Succession Certificate. A Legal Heir Certificate (from the tehsildar) is sufficient for smaller claims and takes 2 to 4 weeks. A Succession Certificate (from a civil court) is needed for larger assets and takes 3 to 6 months. We manage the paperwork and follow-ups for both.
We prepare all documents and guide you through every step of the EPFO filing process. The actual online submission must be done by the legal heir using their own digital credentials — EPFO does not accept third-party filing. We make this as simple as possible.
We handle documentation and filing for property mutation with revenue authorities. For complex property matters requiring court involvement, we work with qualified property lawyers.

Pricing and Payment

Our fees are quoted on a case-by-case basis depending on the complexity of the estate, number of institutions involved, and location. Book a free call to get a quote tailored to your situation.
Document preparation, institution follow-ups, WhatsApp status updates at every step, and case management until closure for all agreed assets. If a matter requires a lawyer, legal fees are separate and we will tell you in advance.
Bank transfer or UPI for India-based clients. International wire transfer for NRI clients. We will send you payment details after the call.
We are a new service and every case we take on, we handle personally. If we take your case, we see it through. Book a call and judge for yourself before committing.
