Email address — to communicate with you about your case.
Phone number — for WhatsApp updates and direct communication.
Case details — information about the deceased and their assets that you share with us in order for us to provide the service.

We do not collect this information automatically. We only receive it when you choose to share it with us.

We use the information you provide solely to:

Understand your situation and provide our administrative service.
Communicate with you about the status of your case.
Contact institutions on your behalf as authorised by your Power of Attorney.
Respond to your enquiries.

We do not use your information for marketing to third parties, automated profiling, or any purpose unrelated to your case.

3. We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We do not share your information with advertisers.

We may share relevant case information with institutions (banks, insurers, government offices) strictly as needed to carry out the service you have engaged us for, and only as authorised by your signed Power of Attorney.

4. How we store your information

Case information is stored securely and accessed only by Antim team members working on your case. We retain records for as long as necessary to complete your case and comply with any applicable legal obligations.

You may at any time:

Ask us what personal information we hold about you.
Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
Ask us to delete your information, subject to any legal obligations we may have to retain it.
